TN VISAS

TN visas are a popular option for Canadian citizens who want to work in the US. These visas are available to Canadian and Mexican professionals who work in certain fields, such as engineering, accounting, and science. The application process for a TN visa is relatively straightforward, and Canadian citizens can often obtain a TN visa quickly. If you are a Canadian professional who is interested in working in the United States, a visa may be a good option for you to consider. For Mexican nationals, these TNs are issued through the Consulate. Please contact us for more information
TN Occupations
Did you know...
Some of the most used categories of the TN program are also the most scrutinized?

For example, the "Management Consultant" category is likely the most abused category but one of the most used categories. Many companies and individuals misuse this category garnering it as the most scrutinized category. Those that are applying for TN as a Management Consultant should confirm that this is being used properly. For example, someone that is being hired as a "manager" is generally not a management consultant.

The computer systems analyst category as well as the scientific technician/technologist categories are also some of the most misused categories. It is highly advisable to seek legal assistance if any of these categories are applicable to you.
